Trotz eingetragener Lebenspartnerschaft kein Schutz für Nico P. Ausländerbehörde Burg lässt Nico wieder nicht zu seiner transsexuellen Partnerin nach Berlin. Ausländerbehörde Burg lehnt Antrag auf Aufenthaltstitel für Nico P. ab, "Urlaubsschein" für Berlin und Arbeitserlaubnis ebenfalls verweigert. Zur Ausreise aufgefordert, Abschiebung zum 16. Dezember 08 angekündigt.
